Product Description
Screw oil press machine is to separate the oil from oil bearing materials by the pressing power which comes from the change of chamber volume, drive from screw worm, resistance of curve teeth at press rings and extrusion friction between oil materials. Under the big pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from gap of press bars and oil trough of press rings. Either big scale and small scale of screw oil expeller, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing. Because the screw type seed oil expeller is mainly used by extrusion theory, so it is also called as oil extruder or oil extrusion process.
Machine Details
1. Control Panel: Interated control panel, humanized design, automatic temperature control=simple operation
2. Feed Port: Automatic feeding by screw feeding system, can save labor
3. Press Chamber: The use of wear-resistant materials, long service life
4. Thickened Lever: Operation lever thickened and lengthenedmeet the ergonimics design
Features of Oil Press Machine
1. It can save labour and save cost : only 1 or 2people can finish the production.
2. Widely used to press various kinds of oil materials, like soybean, sunflower seeds, peanut, sesame,rapeseeds, flax seed, camellia, cotton seed, cashew, linseeds, coconut,and all the oil content crops.
3. Different oil materials have different oil yielding.
4. Small-land using: only 10-20square maters can meet the need of production.
5. The oil left in cake is less than 6% . And cake thickness can be adjusted once the machine stop running.
6. It is easy to operate . When operating, you should do as the instruction .
Raw material and Oil Yield
Raw material | Output oil rate (%) | Cake thickness(mm) | Dry cake left oil rate (%) |
sesame | 44-55 | 1.0-1.5 | <=6 |
peanut | 40-50 | 0.8-2 | <=7 |
rapeseed | 30-40 | 1.0-1.5 | <=7 |
Sunflower seed | 32-40 | 1.2-1.5 | <=7 |
soybean | 10-16 | 0.8-1.5 | <=6 |
Cotton seed | 11-25 | 1.0-2.0 | <=6 |
Walnut | 42-52 | 0.8-1.5 | <=6 |
Many kinds of oil plants can be pressed by oil presses, including mainly: Peanut, rapeseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, soybeans, peppers, flaxseed, camellia seeds, pepper seeds, olives, palm fruits, coconuts, etc. Peanut oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil and palm oil is currently most widely edible oil in the world.
